Please COMPLETE the Registration Form,
as well as READ and SIGN the Trade Show Agreement.

Booth assignments will be made based on receipt of these forms and availability at time of Payment in Full. 

Booth Selection Process

• January 10th - 15% Pre-Registered Vendors begin selecting.
• January 24th - 10% Pre-Registered Vendors begin selecting.
• February 7th – 2011 Vendors begin selecting.
• February 21st – Open to Public.

Set-Up - All set-up will occur on Wednesday, August 22nd.

Booth Shipping & Storage

Shipments should be coordinated with Shepard Exposition Services.

Order early through the Cobb Galleria.

Confirmation Letters

Confirmation Letters will be emailed upon receipt of registration forms with a link for exhibitor manual to order any special needs for your booth.

Exhibitor Check-In

Exhibitor check-in will begin on Wednesday, 12:00 pm, at vendor registration, located outside the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitor Badges can also be claimed at this time.  Exhibitor Badges will be printed with company name only.

STANDARD 
10' x 10' - $750
10' x 20' - $1,400
10' x 30' - $1,900

Important Dates

April 1st - Cancellation prior to this date to receive *100% refund.
June 30th - Cancellation prior to this date to receive *50% refund.
July 1st - No refunds provided if cancellation occurs on or after this date.
*Deposits in the amount of $100 from the prior year are non-refundable.

Your Booth

Each 10' x 10' booth will be provided:

• An 8-foot back drape and a 3-foot divider drape.
• One (1) 6-foot draped table.
• Two (2) chairs.
• One (1) carpet.
• One (1) waste basket.
• One (1) identification sign.
