Leslie is also cofounder along with C.A.R. Vice President Sara Sutachan of WomanUp!®, the national initiative to support woman in brokerage.

Leslie earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and her master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
